• Developed a highly secure SQL databases with the ability to produce graphical representations of geographical and research data
• Developed an automated upgrade and support system for 200 access points processing over 50,000 transactions per day. Implementation of this system reduced program update times from 50 man-hours (for all 200 workstations) per upgrade to a quarter of an hour.  
• Designed workstation installation software for a standard installation, which reduced installation time to 2 minutes using a touch screen only.
